Wilmington Marketing Firm (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides marketing services and print products designed to deliver value and measurable results. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy

All sales for marketing services, digital products, consulting, and strategy packages are final unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Due to the nature of marketing work—time, labor, and resources invested—refunds are generally not provided once work has begun.

2. Service-Based Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The service has not yet started.
  • No deliverables, drafts, or strategy materials have been created.
  • A duplicate payment was made in error.

If any portion of the service has been delivered, including initial strategy development, research, or communication setup, the project is considered “in progress” and is not eligible for a refund.

3. Digital Products

Digital products, templates, downloads, or training materials are non‑refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

4. Subscription Services

If you subscribe to any recurring service:

  • You may cancel at any time.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No prorated or partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Project Deposits

Deposits paid to secure project start dates or reserve service time are non‑refundable. Deposits may be credited toward future services at our discretion.

6. Print Products

Print products include, but are not limited to, business cards, brochures, flyers, banners, signage, postcards, and any custom printed materials.

6.1 Artwork Approval

All print orders require client approval of artwork before production. Approval may be provided via email, digital proofing system, or written confirmation.

6.2 No Refund After Approval

Once artwork has been approved by the client and sent to print, the order is considered final.
No refunds, cancellations, or modifications can be made after this stage.

6.3 Reprints

If a print product contains an error caused by Wilmington Marketing Firm (e.g., incorrect layout, missing elements, or printing defects), we will provide a reprint at no additional cost.

Errors resulting from client-provided artwork, incorrect information submitted by the client, or failure to review proofs thoroughly are not eligible for free reprints or refunds.

7. Client Satisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or print products, we encourage you to contact us. While refunds may not be available, we will make reasonable efforts to address concerns, revise deliverables, or improve outcomes.

8. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Wilmington Marketing Firm to resolve the issue
may result in:

  • Suspension of services
  • Termination of the client relationship
  • Legal action to recover fees, costs, and damages

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
